| Vista Home Premium 32bit. | Compressed (zipped) Folders Error I just restored a backup of files to our Samba file server. It seems now all .zip files (compressed folders,) when right clicked to explore (which we were able to do before with no problem) we get this popup window just from a right click: "This page has an unspecified potential security risk. Would you like to continue?" I fixed this popup window by going into IE7 Internet Options and setting the Local intranet Security section - Advanced - Websites - and input "file://myserver" This makes the popup problem go away. Now there is another problem with opening or exploring the .zip file. "Compressed (zipped) Folders Error" "The Compressed (zipped) Folder "zipped folder I'm clicking on" is invalid. if I copy this file to my Vista desktop I can then explore or open as normally. But right clicking on this file on the Samba server I no longer can open or explore. What can be causing this? thanks.... |
