Please I would like to have an assistance about an issue on vista home premium , i can not get connected to the internet i have ran around all the solutions that can exist on vista to resolve this connection.
1- It says when i tried to make a diagnose and repair the error report that i have to reset my network adapter it still not working.
2- Automatically get a new IP it has repaired for sure to get the new IP but nothing work it says back a problem with your network router or something might preventing an internet conection.
3 - i have di turned off the firewall and uninstalled all the antivirus that might prevent me from access the net so what else would i do to fix this issue finally provide me some help please.
