| vista 64 | Can't Access mapped network drive I have a laptop vista 32 home premium and a desktop vista 64 home premium I have a linksys wrt54g wireless router running kaspersky IS 2009. I have networked both computers and both computers can find one another. I have also mapped an external hard drive and both computers can find it. The hard drive is physically connected to the desktop. I can access it through the desktop. It is mapped on the laptop I can see it I can click on it but I get an access denied message when trying to open it. I have permissions set to full control I have user accounts on both computers set the same Firewall is set to allow the traffic and the drive is set to be shared I can't open the network drive?? Any Ideas?? Thanks, Mike |
