I have a PC running Vista Ultimate, I also have a NAS elsewhere in the house running FreeNAS. In Media Center I can setup the DVD library to search for movies located on the network from my NAS machine and stream them - this works great.
I'm currently researching a HTPC and will be using Vista as my OS however I do not need the added features of Ultimate, but I'm wondering if Home premium can still do the above? I've never used Home premium and I'm not sure of it's limitations. Any help would be great.
