| vista 64 | limited or no connectivity Hello, newbie here. Just finished building a home system to replace an old p4. I installed vista 64. I am getting limited or no connectivity when connected via LAN on my dlink dir-625 range booster n router. I didn't have this problem before with the p4 vista 32. I tried everything so far (turn off modem and router, release ip, etc) except for resetting the router back to factory defaults. I'm currently connected directly to the dsl modem without any problems. I had to disconnect the router. Is there any way around this. I could reset the router but have to re connect all the computers and wii? Thanks in advance. mini |

| vista 64 | Re: limited or no connectivity Ok, I ended up re-setting the router. The culprit was a program that came with the router called Network Magic. I hid the ssid and blocked the network - which I forgot . I figured this out after the re-set. Oh well. I think I'll go back to vista 32 since now, i have hardware like HDTV wonder and maxtor usb OTIII that won't work. ![]() WHen are vendors gonna provide 64 bit drivers? I just wonder. Have a nice day |
