Citrix network issue

I just purchased a HP laptop Friday that has Vista home Premier 64 edition and I all ready think I messed up. I'm having problems already accessing things. Lot of money to just want to through it out the window.

my main reason for purchasing this new laptop was to access my Citrix for work. i can get there to the network but it will not launch the mainframe it's telling me file recognition problem and asking the i choose a program etc.

You need to go to the Citrix website and download the relevant bit of software to load the ctirix metaframe bit your co website is sending you. Can't remember exaxtly where it is on the site but until you do your laptop won't recognise the file it is being sent.
