Vista - WLAN Issues: "Partial" Con Loss

I have some odd Problems with my WLAN Connection on Vista 64 SP1.

I "loose" my connection to the Internet and IE fails to resolve any DNS querries. But I am still able to use any "open" connection. For example straming audio keeps working or Teamspeak works. (But only for a short while), but they die soon after that. The connection usually recovers after 1-2 minutes.

Sometimes it get stubborn and it stays dead. When I disable the NIC and then reenable it it keeps working. The Problem seems to surface when i have many open connections.
