| Vista Ultimate x64 | Odd WiFi card issue Hey guys, First post here so hello everyone. ![]() I'm having a odd issue with my WiFi card, I'm not sure if it is driver related or hardware, I have a "Belkin F5D7001" there are no Vista 64bit drivers for it, but Windows auto finds drivers for it and it works, kinda. Windows sees it as a Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter. My problem is it only runs at 11Mbps - I can set it to 54Mbps but the results are below; Download Speed: 663 kbps (82.9 KB/sec ) Upload Speed: 263 kbps (32.9 KB/sec ) 54 setting Download Speed: 3769 kbps (471.1 KB/sec ) Upload Speed: 1115 kbps (139.4 KB/sec ) 11 setting I have tried this at different times same result, I have the power settings to max but still no good. It use to work fine on my old Netgear but they don't support 64bit, I can't seem to find any 64bit drivers that work with this one apart from the Windows one. ![]() My net can do at least 8000 kbps as I have tested it with a hardwired PC. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

| vista ultimate x64 | Re: Odd WiFi card issue Thats entirely possible afaik. The true test would be to put the pc next to the router for a short period of time, them monitor what it reports and how it performs. Edit Reports as excellant when in 11Mbps or 54Mbps mode? |
