Vista - Glitch with Google Toolbar?

venom762 Vista Home premium 32bit, SP2 153 posts	Glitch with Google Toolbar? Every now and again I have to uninstall the toolbar and reinstall because of slow explorer start up. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?
