| Vista Ultimate x64 | Dial up speed vs OS systems I am a dial up user and am having problems with dialup speeds. I have a PC with XP and it gets 40-44 kbps. I have a PC with Ultimate Vista x64 and my dial up connection speed is at 26.4 kbps. Why is there a difference and how can I make my Vista PC connection faster. Both PCs use same line. Both PC's use internal modem card. Any help on this would be appreciated My Vista PC has a internal modem card and I have installed the proper driver for x64. Card type is: Zoom 56k v.92 PCI soft modem card |
