| Vista Home Premium x64 - SP1 | What program is accessing my network? Is there a program that can identify what program is accessing my network? I recently installed Bitmeter to keeps tabs on how much bandwidth I use as my ISP has begun putting a monty cap on usage. Anyway I notice sometimes that when I'm not downloading or uploading that Bitmeter shows a lot of activity, like there's something in the background accessing the network. Is there a way to tell what is causing the activity? |
