Vista - Network OR Internet!!

Hey all,

I am connected to a LAN network and I use internet through a wireless device EvDO. At first they seemed to work together ok but now i have this strange problem.

While trying to access computers on my LAN i found that it wasn't connecting and offered me to Diagnose the problem. As i went on i asked me to renew my IP address which I did and my LAN started working. But after doing this I found out that though my EvDO device apparently signed in to my internet account ok, the interbet wasn't working. I checked it in Network and Sharing center and it wasn't connected to internet. I tried to reconnect but it didn't work still. So I uninstalled the driver, reinstalled, restsrted teh PC ad it started working...but poof! no LAN again. SO when i resolve LAN, internet dies..when I resolve internet, LAN dies!

Also, my LAN thing also provides high speed internet conenction but I can't seem to have it that's why I'm using my own EvDO thing. As soon as I conenct teh LAN jack, my Lan would work but internet through it won't.

I know a lot of things are not right about this, but I have no idea what exactly...

Please help....
