Only XP computers unable to access Vista computer

Okay, I need some help. I am a network admin (although a fairly novice network admin) for a small domain of about 10-12 computers. Five of the computers are running Vista Business, two are running Server 2003, and the rest on XP Professional.

For some unknown reason, one (and only one) of the Vista machines cannot be accessed by any of the XP or Server 2003 machines. When I go from a Vista machine, I can get to the computer and all shared folders. When I go from a Server 2003 or XP machine, I get the following message:

\\OFFICEPC is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.

I have turned the firewall off on the Vista machine with the problem, and I still cannot access the computer. I can be logged in as a Domain Admin, and I still have the same problem. All of the other Vista machines work fine from any OS. Am I missing something simple here?
