| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Username Computer name issue... Quick Question: How do I get the ComputerName\UserName to stop happening so it just lets me put in the username? Vista Home Premium btw. Details: When I try to log on to a network or exchange server Vista fills in the computer name before the user name. I think that this is my problem as the computer name seems to keep changing between my computer name, the networks name and the exchange servers name. Or am I barking up the wrong tree? I have done some searching and found somthing about makeing changes to a registery key LmCompatibiltyLevel so it's value is 1, but that didn't help. I don't know if that step helps with what I am encountering since those posts didn't match my problem 100% |
