Internet disconnects during sleep / screen saver

I'm nowhere near familiar with vista yet and have looked on the net elsewhere to see if I'm just missing a setting or something but haven't found anything.

Anyway, everytime I go away from the pc the internet disonnects (dial up). I've checked all the settings that I know of and they all leave the connection to stay on without and auto disconnect settings. Anyone with any experience to this issue?

do the following

go to network sharing center, Network Connections, right click the dialup connection, go to proerties, select the second tab options. overthere set the idle time

Hey, and thanks. Unfortunately, I've already known that particular setting as it's still the same as what it was in Xp. I was just hoping there was another setting that I've missed or just don't know about that might help.
