So here's my issue: I'm helping a buddy of mine expand/ maintain a small office network. I'm setting up a laptop for the 'boss'. Vista doesn't show that I'm connected to the network/ internet even though I can sync email and go online w/o issue. My personal laptop can see it all without issues. Hardware: Comcast IP gateway, wired switch, Airlink 300N Wireless Router (AR680W) and a Dell XPS M1530 laptop running Vista Business x32. The other wired computers in the office can all get online and internal network without any problems. Here's a rough schematic of how it's connected:
