I am having some problems with my internet connection. I have Vista Premium 32bit. and I am connected wireless to a SMCWBR14T-G router. I am not the only user connected to the router, my bro' is using it also but he is connected through a wire.
Everytime he gets connected my internet connection starts to temporarly disconnect me. I disabled IPv6 and Auto Tunning Setting, reinstalled the wireless driver but the problem still remains. I went to speedtest and made several tests on my connection speed. The results vary a lot but what remains almost constants is the fact that my upload speed is very close to or a lot higher then my download speed.

Is there a way to limit this upload speed and would that help to anything? Thanks for your replies.
