I recently removed my network adapter by mistake it was a Realtek USb Wireless Lan driver is there a way of reinstalling?

yes. use the disk that came with the product or call the manufacture or just plug it back in.

And if you've lost the drivers (cd software) for the device, copy the device part number and search for drivers. (which can be downloaded on another computer and burned to a USB drive or CD or even floppy.)
