What is the default password of computer @ Network ?

Hi

i have this problem at Vista and 7

What is the password of computer i want to access throw network ?

at XP i used to change the password by typing control userpasswords2 at run then modify the guest account password so every one can access the PC throw network by this account but i don't know how to do that at vista and 7 ...

only i can remove the password totally but can't change it and also i don't know the windows default password

thanks and w8ing your help
