Until recently i had been able to begin downloading a file and then switch user. The download would continue to work until finish. Now as soon as i press the windows key+L combo the download stops. I have tried a few browsers, and download managers they are all stopped. Its as if the connection is interrupted just enough to kill the download. Any ideas how to keep the downloads going like before?
