| Windows 7 Ultimate 7600 x64 | Download completes before 100% i have 384 kbps DSL cable modem with max. download of 49 kb/s. but every time i download, it shows only like 18 - 26 kbps and usually to complete at 60 - 70% but the file didnt corrupted, its 100%. pls help me i dont know whats wrong with this. i want my speed shows normal again and complete at 100%. thanks. |
