Automatic Backup Updates with Network Drive?

Hi There,

I have network Hard Drive which is connected with my router.
now when i try to setup automatic update,i enter the path of my Network hard drive and hit next i got the following error.
"Cannot Create a file when that file already exists (0x800700B7)"

so anybody can help me to solve this problem?

i'll appreciate your help.
