File Sharing Problem - 1 way access

Hi All,

First time poster, have a problem with file sharing.

I am running two PC's on a home network, both running Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

I have turned on all the appropiate file sharing options on each computer, Discovery, File Share etc. I did not put the password option as neither computer uses passwords.

The computers are named Nick1 and Nick-PC. Nick-PC can access the public folder of Nick1, but Nick-PC can not access its own public folder and Nick1 can not access Nick-PC.

They both have the exact same settings in terms of the network stuff and the firewalls...I am at a total loss!

Please help friends!
