| home premium | Can I stop Vista from looking for Network Printer when opening an application? Is it possible to stop vista from looking for my default network printer when I'm away from the network? Or perhaps have it stop looking after say 5 seconds? Whenever I'm away from my network and try to open an email attachment or application vista will look for the default printer before opening the application. I could change printers every time I go somewhere but that is kind of a goofy way to do this. Does anyone know of a registry hack or some way I can figure this out? Thanks, Greg |
