| Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Can't install anything or conect to wireless I cant connect to any wireless network using my laptop. On the network icon in the bottom left of the screen it says: Connection status: unknown Access is denied It works fine using the wired connection but it still shows as disconnected! Also when trying to install a program it says: 'The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.' This is all happening when using the main administrator account, when using the standard user account or guest account everything works fine! |

| Winodws Vista Ultimate SP2 x32 | Re: Can't install anything or conect to wireless Then try deleting the account (DO NOT delete files while deleting the account and before you do, create a new admin account) and creating a new one. That's the only thing I can think of, now.  Once again while deleting the account, check SAVE files. |
