sending a Pca file thats not on your network.

ok so i know you can send files ect on your home network through a router but can you do it for say my neighbor who is not on my network? so we are both with the same ISP Telecom, right so i think of it this way Telecom is a giant router, so can i say send an image to my friend without the use of an email address, msn messenger windowslive ect..? i know it sounds farfetched but im sure its possible because whats holding you back it would make life easier instead of waiting for ther person to fire up there email account, and so forth. they just turn on there computer an bang a message pops up.

ofcourse the files sent would be virus free.

P.S. whats the program people near me on windows vista?

P.P.S. would it kill microsoft to make vista and xp more user friendly instead of downloading a software update just to get them to work on the network.

hope dont blow your brains but its a possible as driving a car we just havent figured it out yet!
