| vista ultimate 64 | Shutting down Caller ID HP Touch/Vista Home Premium/Service Pack 1/ Intel R core 2 Duo/64 bit. I realize there is no caller ID in this version of Vista but I keep getting this notice: "microsoft had encountered a problem and is shutting down caller ID ...." It appears every time I turn on Internet Explorer. I have Comcast internet and no phone connected to the computer.  Has anyone encountered this problem and know a fix?Thanks |
