Vista - Multiple networks problem, limited connectivity

Having a problem with vista and internet. I connect with ethernet directly to a dsl modem. Everything has been working great for months and for some unknown reason the internet kicks out.

Basically vista is thinking I'm connecting to "multiple networks", I can log on to my ppoe connection fine but there is no active internet connection. I've checked up on all the related problems and disabled IPv6. Nothing seems to work. Also updated all drivers.

I know the problem is not with the modem because I'm using it now with a mac to type up this report.
