| Vista Home Premium 32bit [x86] - SP2 | To Sync, or not to Sync - that is the question? I don't understand the 'Sync' system, it's function or it's purpose, however, is it advisable to set up a Sync Partnership between my Notebook, and the Maxtor external hard drive that I use? ![]() |

| Vista home premium 32bit | Re: To Sync, or not to Sync - that is the question? Sync means that you synchronise 2 files in different places. The result is that those 2 files have exactly the same content. A typical application is when you want to sync the calenders on your PC and e.g. on your cell phone. A general setup with an external disk does most likely not make any sense. It will, of course, depend a lot on for what you use the external disk. |
