| Vista Home premium 32bit, SP2 | How to test lagging Internet. I have been having problems with Streaming videos from Netflix and it seems to be after the latest MS xbox 360 update. how can I tell if its my ISP I have ran numerous bench tests and most of the time it between 5mb and 6mb. Or could it be Netflix? |
