| Vista Home Premium 32-bit | Manage Wireless Networks - no options available Hi, I'm trying to get a wireless connection setup on a Vista laptop. The laptop sees the Netgear access point (WGR614v8). Instead of being asked to supply the WEP key you are asked for a username, password and domain. This apparently is a common problem with Vista. The solution is to manaully create the connection in Vista. The problem is that when I go to Control Panel - Mange Wireless Networks I just see the icons of the wireless networks that I have previously connected to. I can not bring up any properties on these connections. I also do not have the normal menu bar (Add, Adapter properties, Profile types) so there is no way to add a new connection. Anybody have a solution? Thanks. |
