| vista home premium 64 bit | Changeing autotuning level back to normal I changed in command prompt my Autotuning level to disabled It made my download speed worse and my upload speed to nil. I tryed to set it back to normal and it gave me a Ipv4 needs elevation. so i checked netsh interface tcp show global and I got this Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6001] Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation.
