I need some realtime help please.
I am only 15, and am on summer vacation. And im not that good at fixing computers.
My Problem: every night *ironically since the day my school ended* from 7:30-8:30 i lose my internet connection untill the next morning. The internet is flawless untill its disconnection time. The issue is that on my modem/router, the INTERNET light goes off, and what really pisses me off even more, on my computer from time to time it says its connected to internet, and some time during the disconnection period (time of disconnect untill next day) the internet may work for 2 minutes extremly slowly. I have 12 different routers in my room, all of them disconnected. I called my ISP they say its fine, or the modem is bugged, so they send me new ones, even tho i have 12 of them that was apperently *malfunctionative*. I have over 10 bell people come to my house and they all either dont know what is wrong or has placed a new router.. I'm basically ready to hold a party and play hockey with these 12 ****ing routers..
Contrary to that, My asshole parents, wont do **** about it or wont help me. They will not change my ISP as well.
The steps i have tooken: I have done so ****ing much to resolve this problem, i cannot play rs, or on my ps3, so ive wasted my whole ****ing summer to look up how to fix this thing.
I have done : Cmd>ipconfig/all
cmd>netsh int ip reset
cmd>netsh winsock reset
cmd>ipconfig/flushdns
i forget the other ones, but i reseted autolistening, stuff like that.
I changed 12 routers.
I have called bell over 100 times.
I have reset my local area adaptor / enabled/disabled/uninstall
I have done a system restore to my computer.
I have changed basically all the settings *playing around* with the protocols, adaptor settings .. etc speed & duplex.
I have searched almost everywhere to find the awnser but nothing has happend.
I have replaced all my wires etc.
I have tryed to unplug my router for a minute, shut computer, plug router in, start computer back on over a million times.. no joke.
I HAVE UN INSTALLED 95% OF MY PROGRAMS.

I have a brandnew 1.3k desktop computer, i had it for 5 months.. hp, quadcore 6600 2.44Ghz , 520gb hardrive.

EVERYTHING IS SET UP IN MY ROOM.
I have vista home premium x64
