Vista - My network progs freeze when coming out of sleep mode

GRock Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit 21 posts	My network progs freeze when coming out of sleep mode I have a toshiba p305d s8900 laptop and here recently my networking programs are unresponsive when my computer comes out of sleep mode. any idea how to fix this? as of now i have to restart the computer to regain internet usage.
