Hey everyone. For the last two months I have been losing my internet connection several times a day. My cable company Charter Communications have changed modems redone outside and inside rewiring with no effect to the solution.
The error's am getting.

After I diagnose it tells me to renew my internet IP.

It tells me there is an issue with the broad band modem or router.

and there is two more which I am hopping for the first time will show up soon so i can post it

My sister's computer had the same symptoms. She simply updated the driver for her Ethernet adapter and the problem was solved.

Hence, try updating the drivers for your Ethernet and/or wireless adapter, and drivers for your modem and/or router.

If you aren't using homegroup to share files, disable IPv6 support in networking .

My system isn't overclocked but i could find out, that my DNS-client maybe is guilty.
When i'm kicked out, it took 5-10 seconds until I was online again. (From a second pc i didn't lost the connection at the same time.)
When i'm restarting the DNS-Client, it takes the same time until I'm getting reconnected.
All my drivers are the newest.

Who is your ISP? you should have both primary and secondary dns. If you type ipconfig /all in search you will swee the primary and secondary server IP's they should be in your router or cable modem

Let me know if you need help
