Hello, I've looked around for a solution but could not find any. This is what my problem is:
After an update a while back and rebooting my pc would not immediately connect to the internet. Oddly enough if I run Internet Explorer 8 (either 32 or 64) they connect to the internet fine. Any other programs, winamp, mmorpg's, ventrilo, etc will not connect because the system is showing there is no internet connection. This problem goes away about 2 minutes after windows boots up to the main desktop screen, then I'm able to run any program I want. Like I said my system was not always like this, it used to work fine where as soon as I booted up I was able to run any application (except IE8). Any help would be appreciated, I'm running Vista Ultimate 64. Thanks...
