i have one computer and a laptop, and on the computer we can use the internet fine. but on the laptop, when we hit connect to and it connects it says we have limited acess and then when i try to browse the internet it wont let me! please help me! and im a teenager, so try to simplify it for me b/c i dont know much about computers.
