Lanman Server????

I am still having the problem with the red X appearing everytime I turn on my vista. It is a Windows vista 64 Bit. Dell XPS 435 MT. It was ok until I was trying to do the file sharing. I did get it to work (file sharing). Now when I turn on XPS I get the red X on the task bar. My other computers don't get the red X. I can't open the Network or Windows Mail. Meaning I can get online. After 20 minutes the red X goes away.

I looked into the icon in the Control Panel reading "problems to report and solution". I have alot of Lenman Server Services. I get no solution. Has anyone ever gotten the same problem?

Please someone help me. It is driving me crazy.
