In the notification area, the INTERNET access icon is all white. Are the bars supposed to colored as the scale goes up. Mine are all white. How do I tell what the signal strength is?

Without fixing that icon that is supposed to be there.. the only other way I know is this command:

netsh wlan show interfaces
