Cannot find networks, please help!

Ok im running on vista, may internet has been fine up till now, i sent it away recently with a DC socket failure and scince ive had it back it wont find any new networks. When i type in IPCONFIG /ALL it says that "Tunnel adaptor local area connector* 24" is disabled, ive tried uninstalling my Broadcom NetLink (TM) gigabit ethernet, and installing all my updates, but nothing seems to work, when i look at my drivers it says

Hamachi Network interface
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #3
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #5
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #6
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #7
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #8
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #9
All the "Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #"'s have yellow ! and the error code reads "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Ive tried: netsh int ip reset reset.log and netsh winsock reset catalogue, but nothing seems to work, and those two just come up with error messages, ive tried everything i can think of but my laptop is still stubbornly saying HomePc -------- Network ------x
I know its not my modem because 2 other computers are connected, and i cant find any networks what so ever
