Prioritizing connections

Is there any way to prioritize which connection Vista seeks to use? Hard drive got wiped after repairs, and after reinstallation of software (including wireless router), Vista is guiding me to connect via hardwire while I want wireless as the first priority.

Can I set this priority? If so, how? If not, any ideas on why it would do this since the reinstall?
