Locking out the administrator in shared folders

I tried to set a permission for a shared folder and I accidently locked to everyone. So now when I try to open the folder or a folder connected to that folder like my music folder it brings up a message saying the folder isn't there and when I try to change the permissions back it tells me I don't have permission to view or edit the objects permission settings. And my user account is an administrator

I dont think so. I got my laptop from ebay . If i do have it then its not with me. I didnt know if there was a "backdoor" kind of way to get around it and reset the permissions
