I am running on a Toshiba L305-S5955 and my internet service provider is unfortunately Pavlov media which has been very troublesome before, but I believe the issue is now with my co€mputer.

The network adapters running on my system are Microsoft 6to Adapter #2 and Realtek RTL8102E family PCI-E (NDIS 6.0).

The Microsoft 6to4 Adapter is the one showing the code 31 issue.

Now I cant access the internet and my computer will not solve the issue, but I dont have other sources. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Thanks.

Code 31 = The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

Maybe you already know what the code means and if you do, I apologies but I would get the driver from the Toshiba site and reinstall. I have also seen video drivers cause erratic behavior with unrelated hardware so you might look at updating all your drivers to the most current Toshiba has for all your hardware.
