Vista Home Basic 32 bit
I can connect to a network ONLY if it has been saved.
I cannot connect to a new network in a new place.
START
"CONNECT TO" does not respond. Click on "CONNECT TO" and START menu disappears nothing happens.
"Connect or Disconnect" link on the Network Icon in the lower right does not respond either. Click on it and nothing.
I've tried system restore to a restore point previous to the problem but still does not respond.
please help
