have an internet connection but cant web browse

i have sky BB using vista64, and zone alarms AV,few days ago my web browseing stop, i can get on line and play COD,i can even get on google, but if i try to access any links from google its just does not allow browsing, just keeps saying loading, a few other people i know say they cant browse using sky. i have read threds about norton doing this ,but i dont have any norton on my pc

any ideas please

Open up a command prompt and type ping google.com and post the results.
