No internet connection, network and sharing not responding

I've been having a problem with my internet conection with my laptop not my desktop PC. I have cable internet and also using wireless linkys router for my laptop.
I feel so mad right now and frustrated with this internet connection issues.
I recently download Mcafee total protection to my laptop and the next day I have this antivirus 2010 virus removal and next thing you know you can not have internet connection. Everytime I have to force turn of and on, because my network and sharing is not responding. But the icon said connected.I am sooooo confused and frustrated? can somebody help me here.

try by firewall setting to allow and fin the network name and clcik allow just an idea

Where did you download Mcafee from? Exactly what is this antivirus 2010 virus removal? Have you gotten the latest updates from Mcafee when you installed it? Have you ran a complete scan of your system using Mcafee? It really sounds like you have the Antivirus 2010 virus. Go here for directions on how to remove it:
