I have a Toshiba laptop with Vista. Internet will not work via wire or wireless modes. The software will not load for the wireless software due to a C++ runtime error. The wireless claims to be connected local (local with IPv4 and limited with IPv6), but I can't get any pages to load. When I plug the computer in the internet won't work either.
