Hi All, help is greatly appreciated. Just been on the phone to sky for 1.5 hours and i'm drained. You are my last hope!!!!
My gradparents (they're 81, Wooo!!!) have had a toshiba laptop for about 18 months, was with sky, fine, then with virgin, fine. And now return to sky, not fine.
I can see the router but cannot connect the wireless. It works fine with the ethernet cable. Good speeds, stable connection but this wi-fi is giving me a nose bleed.
I've done the following:
Changed IP settings to the router's IP.
Changed the security settings.
Switched security off altogether.
Roll back.
Basically everything i;ve been all over this machine, in every nook and cranny but just cant make it work. Sky are stumped.
