Net Working and Going Local Access Only

Hi all!

I have a modem and a router. I setup a connection over LinkSys router and I'm connected wireless on that connection.

I'm experiencing this problem:
The net works fine when I connect, but sometimes (maybe each 5 hours or perhaps each hour) it just goes Local Access Only and my net is broke. Usually it stays Local Access Only for a minute or less and then goes back to normal working.

What is causing this problems?

Also at the Icon "Local Area Connection" this is what it says when I'm connected:
A network cable is unplugged
Wireless Network Connection (Name)
IP

I hope you can help me out, if you need more details let me know. Tnx !

Sometimes ,Depending on your ISP, The DNS Protocol goes into a state we call as "NULL" this is were the connection between your computer and the website has gone wrong,

It does Fix by itself but sometimes it doesn't if that happens Restart your Router

PS: There isn't a real solution for this Just an explanation

Hope This Helps,
Josh

Why then this happens when I do not have any site open? Also, my network icon changes into the local access only icon.

It is hard to say.. Today it happened 3 times, 2 days ago 1x, then some 5 days ago again around 3x, then two weeks ago when the router has been purchased was working nice for whole week.

I had such problems before I bought router as I have been connected through Wireless Modem, but the problems occured almost every hour. There is still the wireless mode on modem which neighbours use, I'm connected through router now.

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) If this has happened before you brought the Router then it may be your ISP's Fault
