Question 1: does ISATAP adapter#3 allow someone else to tunnel through my wireless antenna, or a wireless router and into my computer?
Question 2: does ISATAP adapter#3 create a weakness that would allow others to access my system?
Backkground: i booted up this morning and immediately i received a balloon message stating "ISATAP adapter#3 installed."
i have my updates set to review and selectively install, so this shouldn't have happened given i did no updates yesterday.
also, in case it's relatvent, about 4 days ago i had my hard drive wiped, rebuild, and updated.
i googled ISATAP adapter#3 and found some info in the Vista forum, but didn't understand it. what i did catch is ISATAP adapter#3 has something to do with "tunneling."
